Our Story
GPguide was born from firsthand experience. As practising GPs in Australia, we know what it feels like to finish a full day of consultations only to spend hours completing care plans, structured reports, and MBS documentation. The administrative weight is real — and it takes time away from the work that matters most. We built GPguide because we wanted a tool we'd actually use ourselves — one that understands Australian general practice workflows, respects clinical boundaries, and simply makes structured drafting faster. No integrations, no complexity — just a faster path from patient details to a clean, reviewable draft. This started as a solution to our own frustration. Now we want to share it with every GP and registrar navigating the same challenge.

Your subscription keeps GPguide running, maintained, and continuously improving. Every dollar goes directly toward hosting, security, and building the features Australian GPs actually need. We are not backed by venture capital or corporate sponsors — we are clinicians sustaining a tool built for clinicians.

GPguide is a documentation support tool, not a substitute for clinical judgement. We recommend usage by qualified clinicians who can review, edit, and authorise all outputs. We do not provide medical advice.
No Integrations Required
We believe in simplicity and privacy. GPguide operates as a standalone drafting tool with a copy/paste workflow. This ensures compatibility with any clinical software (Best Practice, Medical Director, Zedmed, etc.) without requiring complex integrations or direct access to your patient database.
